YO
Today I have something completely different for you which I have been so excited about creating! It is a summery / festival / feeling it look and this is it...
It is so incredibly bright and perfect for those of you who like to brighten things up a bit whether it's for a party or just to spice up your day a bit more!
So here are the products I used to create this look:
BarryM - White Kohl Pencil
Urban Decay - Electric Palette
Urban Decay - Naked 2 Palette
Seventeen - Large Eye Palette
Collection - Fast Stroke Eyeliner
Max Factor - False Lash Effect
Ardell Lashes - Demi Wispies
TIPS AND TRICKS -
FIRSTLY - You should really prime your eye if you want this look to last all day without any fade but I couldn't find my eye primer oops...
SECONDLY - Then once you have applied your primer you should grab a white kohl pencil and cover your whole
lid with it to help brighten up the colour even more. If you don't have a white kohl pencil then you could just use a white eyeshadow.
THIRDLY - Start with a very small amount of 'Savage' from the Electric Palette and apply this to your crease. Make sure you blend this out with a large fluffy brush. For those of you who might be having trouble blending out your eyeshadow then I suggest this:
Use a small amount of your desired colour on a large fluffy eyeshadow brush. Apply it very gently in your crease and use small circular motions to drive the colour into your lid. If you want to darken it up even more then just keep applying a small amount of your desired colour in the crease until you're happy with the colour. HOWEVER sometimes it can be difficult to blend out the colour because you might have applied to much in which case I suggest this: use a small amount of a white eyeshadow and a clean fluffy brush and apply this to the eyeshadow that will not blend. This will help to disguise any mistakes you might have made and can help with that gradual fade that you normally achieve when blending.
FOURTHLY - Apply a small amount of 'Thrash' from the Electric Palette on your lid and keep packing on the colour until it is as bright as you want to go!
FIFTHLY - Then apply a small amount of 'Urban' from the Electric Palette to your crease just to darken up the colour even more.
SIXTHLY - I decided that I wanted to darken this up even more to almost create that cut crease look so I used a small amount of 'Blackout' from Naked 2 to your crease and outer corner of your lower lash line.
SEVENTHLY - Apply 'Jilted' from the Electic Palette to your lower lash line.
EIGHTHLY - Add your winged liner. I applied my winged liner and then also applied some liner into my lash line and brought it down to the inner corner. I also chose to use some of the white kohl pencil in my water line.
NINETHLY - Apply some mascara!
FINALLY - Put on your favourite pair of lashes and you're good to go!
THIS LOOK IS FOR THE DARING AND BOLD - TRY IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
No but seriously, this is a very bright look and you need to be so careful when applying your shadows because it can look too bright if you apply too much!
I hope you like this look and there will be plenty more bright looks on the way. If bright looks aren't your thaaang then please let me know if you would like to see any other looks!
Until next time,
