HIGHLIGHT SUPREME

HI GUYS

Today I wanted to show off a new product I bought yesterday and how much I'm loving it already!

Benefit's 'Watt's Up'...

And guys, I am truly loving this! I have been considering buying a highlighting stick and which one because the choice is endless but I'm so so glad I chose this one! It is amazing!
You can use it on your cheeks, nose and even your Cupid's bow... I love it!

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - Apply 'Watts up' to the highest point on your cheek for a lovely glow once you have applied the rest of your makeup.
SECONDLY - Apply a thin layer down the bridge of your nose to highlight!
THIRDLY - Apply a small amount with your finger to your Cupid's bow and you're good to go!

OTHER TRICKS
FIRSTLY - DON'T APPLY TOO MUCH! You don't want to look too shiny!
SECONDLY - Apply to your cheeks using a brush!
THIRDLY - Makeup is all about experimenting so experiment!

Basically, I love this product and I will continue to use it for a longggg time!
Let me know if you want me to review or give a tutorial on anything :-)

Until next time,

BURGUNDY EYE LOOK

Hello again!

This eye look is another perfect eye look to really accent your eyes with the use of a slightly brighter colour!

Here it is:

This picture doesn't show it up brilliantly but there is burgundy there!

It's also a glittery look which is perfect for all occasions - even for an everyday look of you're willing to spend the time on it!

Here's what I used:
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure'
Urban Decay 'Naked 2'
Burgundy colour from Color Tattoo (I can't remember what it's called)
Collection 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Eylure Lashes - 'Kimberley'

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - Apply your crease colour (I used M5 as always)
SECONDLY - Apply the burgundy colour to the outer corner of your eye and blend it upwards so it's a gradual fade.
THIRDLY - Use a lighter colour for the inner corner of your eye (I used S4 from 'Full Exposure'
FOURTHLY - Apply 'Blackout' from 'Naked 2' to the outer corner of your under eye and the burgundy colour in the middle of your under eye.
FIFTHLY - Apply your liner!
FINALLY - Put on your lashes and you're good to go!

So that is the complete look! I hope you like it! Let me know what you think!

Until next time,

b3zb0 xoxo

QUESTIONS ON CONTOUR: SLIMMER FACE?! NOSE JOB?!

Hey guys!

Today I decided to answer your questions on contour! Why we do it, what we get out of it and how. Basically all of the answers you need on contour!

So I have a before and after picture to show you first:

(Before)

(After)

My face looks a lot warmer and that tiny bit slimmer! Can you see the difference?

Contouring is the best way to achieve a slimmer or even younger looking face without the surgery and everyone seems to be doing it!

You can highten your cheekbones or even look like you've had a nose job with correct application. Contouring can complete change the shape of your face.

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - I apply ALL of my makeup and that is including my eye makeup before I start contouring. This gives me a better idea on where to contour my face because the rest of your makeup act as the foundations to your contour.
SECONDLY - I suck in my cheeks. You know that fish face that you pull? It looks like this...

Well yes. That's what you have to do to see where you need to apply the darker shades. You apply the dark shades to the hollows of your cheeks and then blend UPWARDS.
THIRDLY - You can apply highlight (a lighter shade than your skin) to above and below your contour to accent it even more. This makes your contour POP.
FOURTHLY - Use a smaller brush to apply your nose contour (if you want to look like you've had a nose job!) and apply this to the sides of your nose in a straight line. Then you simply blend it out!
FIFTHLY - Apply your lighter shade down the middle of your nose and make sure it blends!
SIXTHLY - You can then use the left overs of your previous contour on your cheek brush to contour your forehead if you have a large forehead! Just apply this to your temples and top of your forehead and blend it out so you don't have a weird dark line...
FINALLY - If you want to apply a shimmery highlight to your cheeks them go for it! I apply mine on the highest past of my cheekbones and then I apply my blush and I'm good to go!

So that's it for contour! It's quite simple but it just takes time to get it right for your face shape. Here is a guide I found to help you out if you're stuck!

So that is contour! I hope this post helps!

I'll be uploading another eye look later on so keep checking my blog out!

If you have any looks / questions you want me to feature then just let me know.

Until next time,

b3zb0 xoxo

THE POTION TO SILKY SOFT HAIR

HI EVERYONE

Today I'm doing something slightly different which is HAIR related. (I'm really stepping outside of the box here!)

So basically, over the years I've been desperate to grow my hair and it has take sooo long! I'm also so impatient...

Hair can be so hard to maintain and it takes forever to grow so I would like to share one of the products I use on my hair and some of my tips!

This is Nume's 'Argan Oil' which I use on the ends of my hair while it's still dripping wet. It's perfect for achieving that silky soft feel.

I use this nearly every time I wash my hair and I only apply a SMALL amount to the ends of your hair because if you apply too much you can end up with greasy hair which is a scary thing :-(

The reason we apply this to the ends of our hair and not the roots is because of the grease problem but also think about the heat and damage the ends of your hair have to deal with on a daily basis - you really need to look after the ends of your hair!

You can also use serums or other hair renewal products but nothing really compares to this (in my opinion!) and my hair has improved so much because of it.

However... THAT ISN'T THE SOLUTION TO ALL YOUR HAIR PROBLEMS. You also need to try and cut down on the amount of heat that you use on your hair because heat is the main source to damaging hair! I've been doing this for about a year now and although it means I have to wear my hair up quite a lot or just rock the o'natural hair - my hair has improved so much and it has also grown quite a lot! I have also stopped using the hair drier as much so that my hair can have some chill time after the shower because, I don't know if you know this but, your hair is more prone to damage when it is wet! You should avoid brushing it when it's wet and towel drying it like mad. Just squeeze the ends of your hair with the towel and be patient while waiting for it to dry.

So basically, those are some of my hair tips and tricks! I hope they were helpful :-)

If you would like to see anymore hair advice or even tutorials then let me know!

Also - sorry for the late post!

Until next time,

b3zb0 xoxo

ELONGATED EYELINER

HI MY LOVELIES

Today I decided to create a darker look with a hint of purple, once again...

(I also get a break from revising, which is always a bonus)

This look is QUITE dark and something that you probably wouldn't wear on an everyday basis but it's great for times that you need that extra bit of oomph on the eyes (do you understand what I mean??)

FOR THIS LOOK I USED:
Urban Decay 'Original' Primer Potion
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette
Urban Decay 'Naked 2' Palette
Color Tattoo Purple
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Max Factor 'False Lash Effect' Mascara
AND FINALLY Ardell Lashes - 'Demi Wispies' (if you can't already tell by almost EVERY SINGLE ONE of my blogs then these are some of my favourite lashes)

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - Make sure you prime your lid, or if you don't like primer (for whatever reason) or just don't have any then skip this step. The purple colour actually lasts quite a long time anyway!
SECONDLY - Apply your crease colour (I used M5 and M6 from 'Full Exposure' for this because it makes life so much easier when it comes to blending!)
THIRDLY - Apply a lighter shade all over your lid (I used M4 from 'Full Exposure' and packed it on with my finger in a patting motion) and do this until you have your desired BRIGHTNESS
FOURTHLY - Add some colour! This is the purple step... I used a line softener brush from The Body Shop to help with application but you colour just use your finger. For this look, I used quite a lot of purple but you don't have to if you would like to tone it down a bit.
FIFTHLY - I then applied my liner where I started from the middle and worked my way out and then brought it into my inner corner and make it slightly longer than my eye to help elongate my eyes.
SIXTHLY - I curled and applied my mascara to prep for lashes.
FINALLY - I applied some lashes (Ardell 'Demi Wispies')
IF YOU WANT then you can apply some setting spray to make the look last even longer!

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT MY AMAZING BROWS IN THIS. (or brow lol) but it is a rare occasion that they look this good! Let me know if you want a brow tutorial too!

So yeah, that's it for today! Let me know if you would like to see any other interesting eye looks either for occasion, everyday or anything really!

Tomorrow I will have a review of an exciting product for perfect, shiny and soft hair! EXCITING!

Until next time,

b3zb0 xoxo

GOLD PROM EYE LOOK

HI GUYS

I decided to create another Prom look today which uses mainly gold, brown and black. This look is very dark and perfect for Prom but also nights out and parties. It also looks amazing in pictures and makes your eyes look huge!

AND HERE IT IS:

For my face I used:
Soap and Glory 6 in 1 mosturiser
L'Oreal 'Lumi Magique' primer
Max Factor Colour Adapt in 'Cream Ivory' (40)
Maybelline 'Matte Maker' in 'Classic Ivory' (10)
Seventeen 'Define and Conqueur' Contour Kit
Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in 'Seductive Pink' (15)
And the brushes I used were: -
Real Techniques - foundation brush and stippling brush, sponge blender
No7 - blush brush and contour & highlight brush

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR APPLYING FACE:
FIRSTLY - Make sure you at least mosturise before you start applying your foundation because this will keep the product on for longer and your skin will thank you for it.
SECONDLY - When you do apply your moisturiser, only use a small amount because if you use too much you can end up with your foundation clogging and that doesn't look too good!
THIRDLY - Apply a small amount of primer and make sure it's full rubbed it.
FOURTHLY - Start to apply your foundation with a foundation brush and then use a damp sponge blender to push in the foundation to give a flawless and airbrushed look.
FIFTHLY - use a stippling brush to apply your powder. Only use a small amount at a time on the brush and then push the product into your skin.
SIXTHLY - Start contouring! Use an angled contouring brush and apply a SMALL amount of powder to the brush and then lightly brush this down from the top of where you ear starts to half way down your cheek and then blend UPWARDS.
SEVENTHLY - Start to highlight under your eyes with a highlighting brush. Only use a small amount of product so you can see how much you're applying.
FINALLY - Apply some blush to the apples of your cheeks.

AND NOW FOR THE EYES

For my eyes I used:
Urban Decay Orimer Potion in 'Original'
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette - M5, M6, S4
Urban Decay's 'Naked 2' Palette - Busted and Blackout
Maybelline Colour Stay - Gold
Barry M's White Kohl
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Ardell Lashes 'Demi Wispies'

Oh and the eyebrows:
SMALL ANGLED BRUSH and Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' - M6
L'Oreal Eyebrow Pencil - 'Brow Artist'

TIPS AND TRICKS
So the eyes took a longgggg time to create but it was so worth it.
FIRSTLY - Apply your primer.
SECONDLY - Apply M5 to your crease (this will help to blend)
THIRDLY - Apply M6 to your crease and blend it all out.
FOURTHLY - Apply your gold colour lightly and then start to apply more of this product to get your desired level of gold and then apply under your eye (towards the middle) I used a line softener brush from The Body Shop to help with applying this but you can always use your finger if you find that is easier :-)
FIFTHLY - Apply S4 to the inner corner of your eye and under your eye.
SIXTHLY - Start to use a small amount of 'Busted' on a blending brush and blend this in the outer corner and crease.
SEVENTHLY - Apply a veryyy small amount of 'Blackout' to your outer cornet.
EIGHTHLY - Draw your winged liner.
NINETHLY - Curl your lashes and use your favourite mascara for volume and to help blend the falsies.
TENTHLY - Apply your false eyelashes.
FINALLY - Set your whole face with a setting spray so it lasts all night!

FINISHED.
This look takes time and took me about 40 - 50 minutes to create. However it looks perfect in pictures and is great for nights out or prom! Whatever the occasion, this makeup is perfect for it!

Leave some comments about what toy would like to see next! Or send me your recreations so I can share them on my Instagram (@b3zb0beauty) using #goldpromb3zb0beauty

Until next time,

SIMPLE EVERYDAY EYE LOOK / KYLIE JENNER INSPIRED

HI EVERYONE.

Today I decided to create a Kylie Jenner inspired eye look which is really simple and perfect for an everyday eye. It also only takes a short amount of time to create (10-15 minutes)

HERE IT IS:

What I used for this look:
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette - M5, M6, S4
Urban Decay's 'Naked 2' Palette - 'Blackout'
Max Factor - 'False Lash Effect'

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - Apply your base (I used S4 from 'Full Exposure')
SECONDLY - Use a fluffy brush to blend in M5 and M6 in the crease
THIRDLY - Use an accent brush and apply a small amount of 'Blackout' from the Naked 2 palette to your lash line and slightly wing it out
FOURTHLY - Use some eyelash curlers (this is optional but it does give your eyelashes extra lift, just like Kylie Jenner's)
FINALLY - Apply a couple of coats of your favourite mascara or some false lashes and you're good to go!

So guys, this is a very simple and laid back look but I was inspired by Kylie Jenner because this is an eye look she normally tends to go with. She normally wears false eyelashes but I chose not to use them because I didn't like the look they gave my eyes - lashes can either make or break an eye look and lashes would have definitely ruined this look for me!

Let me know what you think of this look and if you would like to see anymore celebrity inspired looks!

Until next time,

RUBY RED LIPS

NOW THINGS ARE GETTING EVEN MORE EXCITING

Hi again! I have also decided to show you this amazing colour that I have been in love with since I first got it and that was a while ago...

Here is it:

(also featuring slight double chin)

This is 'Ruby Woo' by Mac and I also used 'Cherry' lip pencil, also by Mac.

The colour is so vibrant and lovely and it's just my baby - I love it so much! Although it is quite a bit of money...

The lipstick is actually matte which is amazing but the only downside is that your lips do feel quite dry and if you hate having dry lips then this isn't the lipstick for you. However, I love it and it goes so perfectly with a simple winged liner look!

I hope you like this colour! Let me know what you think.

Until next time,

b3zb0 xoxo

FESTIVAL INSPIRED LOOK

ALRIGHT?

Hello again! Today I have lots in store for you but first...

Today I created this 'Festival Inspired' look because it's summer and lots of you will be going to music festivals and what not. Here is a close up of my eye makeup:

Although this is a festival inspired look, if you take away all of the markings on my face you could probably wear this eye look whenever you wanted. It's quite a summery eye look because of all the colours going on but I just love the purple and the way it contrasts with the black!

This look is just my go-to eye look with the purple under my eye to create another wing and then some white liner (which I also used to create the markings on my face) to separate the purple and black, making it very vibrant.

To create this look, I used:
Urban Decay's Original Primer Potion
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette - Colours M6, M7 and S4
Collection2000 - 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Barry M - White Kohl Pencil
Maybelline - Color Tattoo in 'Painted Purple'
Ardell Lashes - 'Demi Wispies'

Tips and tricks:
FIRSTLY - Make sure that you're eye colour isn't too dark on your lid because this will lose the effect of the purple colour when you eventually apply that.
SECONDLY - Once you are happy with your colour on your lid then you should apply your liner ( if you need help / advice with this then check out my previous blog post - http://b3zb0beauty.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/simple-eyeliner-look.html )
THIRDLY - Then start to apply the purple colour under your eye. The purple isn't too pigmented but that doesn't mean you should apply lots of it to your brush because it can still smudge very easily.
FOURTHLY - When you have finished with the purple and it is your desired shade, draw a small line from the very outer corner of your eye to the end of your eyeliner with the white kohl pencil.
FIFTHLY - Start to coat your lashes with your favourite mascara (I used Max Factor's 'False Lash Effect') You can also curl your lashes too because this will create more volume but this step is optional if you don't want to curl them!
FINALLY - Apply your lashes! Or don't if you don't want to... I used Ardell's 'Demi-Wispies' because they look so flawless ;-)

AND NOW TIPS AND TRICKS FOR YOUR FACE MARKINGS.
FIRSTLY - Carve out your 'diamond' shape on your face and make sure it is the right size and in the middle of your brows so it doesn't look strange.
SECONDLY - Once you are happy with the shape of your diamond... FILL IT IN!
THIRDLY - Start to draw little arrows towards the diamond on either side of your face. You might want to draw over them a few times to make sure that they are noticeable.
FOURTHLY - Draw little circles next to the arrows and then fill them in.
FIFTHLY - Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you feel you have enough arrows and circles...
FINALLY - USE SOME SETTING SPRAY IF YOU WANT THEM TO LAST ALL DAY. Or don't if you would rather not, it's your choice!

AND YOU'RE FINISHED.

Don't be afraid to share your re-creations on instagram so I can share and like them! #b3zb0festivallook

I have some more interesting looks on the way and a review so keep checking out my blog!

Until next time,

SMOKEY EYE PROM LOOK

HI!

Today I wanted to create a prom look as requested! This is the end result...

However, today you are in for a treat as I have created a step by step guide on how to complete this look which goes from the very beginning to the very end. EVERY SINGLE STEP.

STEP 1:

Start by applying your primer! I used Urban Decay's Primer Potion in 'Original' and I have already filled in my brows.

STEP 2:

Start with a light colour for your transition and apply this in your crease (I used Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette - M5)

STEP 3:

Apply a darker colour to your crease (I used the 'Full Exposure Palette - M6)

STEP 4:

Once you are comfortable with the second colour you can then apply a darker colour. I used Urban Decay's 'Naked 2' Palette - Busted. The reason we've been applying a slightly darker colour each time is so that it makes life a lot easier when it comes to blending which is what this look is all about. I also suggest that you want to create a harsher line (almost like a winged line) then use something like a card / or cellotape and put it against the corner of your eye and position it to where you would like the line to be (if you get what I mean?)

STEP 5:

Then apply black. Black is a pain sometimes so you have to be so careful and I mean really careful because this stuff can be soooo hard to blend out!! Watch out for this bad boy! I used 'Blackout' from Naked 2.

STEP 6:

Apply a glitter shade, I chose to use 'Verve' from the Naked 2 palette. When I applied this I dipped my brush in water and I used a brush that's been with me since day 1 ('Line Softener' from The Body Shop) I RECOMMEND THIS BRUSH 100% IT IS AMAZING FOR CREATING BOLD LOOKS LIKE THIS.

STEP 7:

Apply your under eye  colour. I just used black instead of any of the browns because when I tightline, this will look hella good. Make sure you blend it out with a blending brush. (I used 'Blackout' from the Naked 2 palette again)

STEP 8:

TIGHTLINE. This can hurt so be careful. Apply your fave liner to your waterline and the inner corner of your eye. I used a gel liner from Maybelline... I can't quite remember what it's called but it seems to work well for me!

STEP 9:

Apply your lashes and mascara! I also used some eyelash curlers for full impact but again, this step is optional. You don't have to apply lashes but since this look is a prom look and there will be lots of photos, you will look fabulous with them! I used Eylure's 'Kimberley' Lashes.

AND YOU'RE FINISHED AND READY TO GO!

This look is definitely a darker look and you have to be so careful when you're applying it so I suggest practicing this look a few times before prom or whatever the occasion because you don't want to mess it up on the day!

Anyway I hope you enjoyed and let me know if you would like to see any other looks!

Until next time,
b3zb0 xoxo

P.S. - Look requested by Caitlin Robson, I hope you like it! :-)

PROM / SUMMER SEASON LOOK

HELLO EVERYONE!

How are you all?

Today I created this look which is perfect for Prom / Summer Season! It also compliments brown eyes sooo well - you have to try it out!

Basically this look is my normal winged liner (obviously) with some light brown shadows in the crease and the turquoise colour I uploaded the other day.

This look is so perfect for Prom and really brings out the colour of your eyes.

What I used for this look:
Urban Decay 'Original' Primer Potion
M5, M6 in my crease from 'Full Exposure' Palette by Smashbox Cosmetics
S4 over my lid from 'Full Exposure'
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
'Green' from Seventeen
'Demi Wispies' from Ardell Lashes

Tips and Tricks for this look:
FIRSTLY - Apply the shimmer colour all over your lid (I used S4)
SECONDLY - Apply your crease colour. For this look I used a lighter crease colour than usual mainly because I wanted the turquoise colour to stand out more so I used M5 and M6 from 'Full Exposure' Palette.
THIRDLY - Apply your liner to the length and thickness you want it to be. I went with a thicker line to help disguise the lashes...
FOURTHLY - Apply the turquoise colour under your eye but only apply a little bit at a time because this colour is quite pigmented and if you apply too much you might end up with it looking brighter than you want it to be... (we have all made that mistake!)
FIFTHLY - Apply your mascara. I used eyelash curlers too because I wanted as much volume as possible.
SIXTHLY - Apply your lashes very carefully.
FINALLY - If you want this look to last all night then I suggest using a setting spray! (this is optional, of course. You could just stick to the primer!)
AND YOU'RE DONE!

I hope you like this look! Let me know what you think of it and comment any other prom looks you would like to see!

Until next time,
b3zb0 xoxo

CUT CREASE

YO

Today I wanted to create a cut crease look which is perfect for the braver eye. It's good for all occasions and quite fun to create so here it is...

What do you think?

Today I used:
Urban Decay Original Primer Potion
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette:
S1
M5
M6
M7
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Ardell Lashes - Demi-Wispies

Tips and Tricks:
FIRSTLY - Apply your base colour which was S1 from the 'Full Exposure' palette.
SECONDLY - Once you are happy with the colour then apply your liner (this will make it easier when it comes to creating your second line in the crease)
THIRDLY - When you do apply your liner you need to be careful that the wing isn't too high. If you look how I've applied mine then you'll understand. The wing doesn't extend much higher than the line along my lash line. This is so important because if it is too high then you can end up with problems when it comes to creating the crease colour.
FOURTHLY - Start applying the lightest colour to the crease (I used M5 from the 'Full Exposure' palette) to carve out how you want it to look.
FIFTHLY - Then start to apply the darker colours over this (I used M6 and M7 from the 'Full Exposure' palette) and make sure to BLEND this out with the lighter colours.
SIXTHLY - Use the darker colours on your under eye for a dramatic effect.
FINALLY - Apply your favourite lashes and you're good to go!

So guys, I hope you like this look! Let me know what you think and show my your re-creations on instagram with #b3zb0cutcrease

ANYWAY - I hope you're all having a lovely day!

Until next time,
b3zb0 xoxo

HINT OF BLUE

Hi again!

Today I wanted to try my new purchase of that lush blue / turquoise colour by Seventeen!

This is the look I created which I thought would be perfect for a night out / party! The colour really compliments brown / hazel eyes and it looks so vibrant!

Here is a list of the products I used:

M4 from Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette
M5 in my crease from the same palette
Green Shadow by Seventeen
Blackout from Urban Decay's 'Naked 2' Palette
Lashes - Eylure Kimberley Lashes
and the brushes I used were by Real Techniques

Tips and Tricks:

FIRSTLY - DO YOUR EYE MAKEUP FIRST! This is soooo important because the powder from the eyeshadow will fall onto your face and this can make your life so hard because you then have to re-apply your foundation and concealer and powder and highlight and you get the story but it isn't a good experience...

SECONDLY - Only apply a small amount of the turquoise because if you don't want the colour to be as vibrant as this then you need to be really careful about how much you have on the brush.

THIRDLY - Make sure to blend! In my opinion, all eye looks look better when the blend out and this looks perfect in pictures etc. So blend, blend, blend!

FOURTHLY - Similar to the turquoise tip but don't apply a large amount of black on the brush because it can come out so dark and this can make it really hard to blend out!

FIFTHLY - Lashes can really make this look but you don't have to use lashes if you don't want to. Just apply your favourite mascara and you're good to go!

SIXTHLY - This is makeup. Experiment. See what you like! Don't be afraid to mix it up a bit and try a colour you wouldn't normally use, there aren't any rules!

FINALLY - If you're feeling particularly dark then try out some liner with this look! Wing it out and see how you like it!

So guys, I hope you liked this look and don't be afraid to try out new things!

Also - let me see your re-creations of this look with the hashtag #b3zb0blue on instagram!

Until next time,

TODAY'S PURCHASES

HI GUYS!

Today I bought some more makeup because I'm obsessedddd...

I thought I would do a short review for you.

So here goes:

NUMBER 1
This is a small contour kit from Seventeen that I wanted to try out with a contour and highlight brush by No7. My first impressions when I looked at the shades were good even though there are only 2 shades... When I tried it out I loved the colours and they blended so easily! So if you are looking for a reasonably priced contour kit or you are just starting out with contouring then I totally recommend the 'Define & Conquer' Contour Kit from Seventeen!

NUMBER 2

I needed a new blush because I have been living without one for soooo long and I literally love this! It's such a perfect colour and it isn't too bright or too dark for my skin tone. It blends so well and really puts the cherry on the cake ;-) The colour I have is Seductive Pink and it's by Max Factor.

NUMBER 3

I was obviously loving Seventeen so much that I had to buy this too! This colour is so perfect for brown / hazel eyes and works amazingly with black! The colour is so pigmented but the only problem I had when I was applying this colour was that it left lots of blue powder on my face so I recommend doing your eyes first and then completing you face!

I will be uploading a look a tried with this colour soon!

I hope you enjoyed this short review! Let me know if you would like more reviews!

Until next time,
b3zb0 xoxo

MY GO-TO EYE LOOK

Hiiiiiii

2 POSTS IN ONE DAY!

So here is my go-to eye look and I have also included a video for you to enjoy ;-) (it basically shows the overall look)

This look is one of my favourite looks and you can wear it anywhere! It's perfect for a night out but also perfect for those days when you want to dress up a bit (which I'm sure is probably everyday... unlike me...)

The products I used to create this look are:

Urban Decay 'Original Primer'
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette
Urban Decay 'Naked 2' Palette
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke' Eyeliner
Ardell Lashes 'Demi Wispies'
Urban Decay Setting Spray
And the brushes I used are from Real Techniques

My tips and tricks for this look:
FIRSTLY - Apply your primer and then start with a light transition colour in the crease. I started with M5 from the Full Exposure palette.
SECONDLY - Apply a shimmer shade in the inner corner to the middle of your eye. This brightens the eye and brings out the colours of your eye while enlarging it!
THIRDLY - Start to apply some darker shades into the outer corner of your eye (I used M1 from the Full Exposure Palette and Busted from Naked 2) make sure to BLEND!
FOURTHLY - Apply your liner, if you are struggling with this then you can always skip this step or take a look at my previous blog post with tips and tricks on easy ways to apply eyeliner.
FIFTHLY - Use a darker shade if you feel that you want to go that extra mile ;-) (I used Blackout from Naked 2)
SIXTHLY - Apply all of the colours you have used on your lid under your eye too because this will smoke it out a lot more. Use the lightest shade on this inner corner and the darker shades towards the outer corner. DON'T FORGET TO BLEND BLEND BLEND.
SEVENTHLY - Apply your lashes...
FINALLY - Apply a setting spray or if you don't have one then that's totally fine too!

I hope you like this look and let me know if you would like me to try anything out or if you are struggling with anything :-)

ALSO send me pictures of your re-created look on Instagram / Twitter with #b3zb0GoTo so I can like and share your pictures :-)

SIMPLE EYELINER LOOK

Hello again...

Hello my beauties! Today I wanted to share with you a look that so many people compliment me with...

AND IT'S THIS!

This simple liner look is so perfect for any occasion and so simple to achieve!
I'm wearing:
Collection2000 'Fast Stroke Liner'
Smashbox Cosmetics 'Full Exposure' Palette (M4 as base and M5 in my crease)
Max Factor 'False Lash Effect'
Ardell Lashes 'Demi Wispies'

I understand that this look can be quite hard to achieve, because sometimes my liner can go so horrendously wrong that I have to cry about it before I attempt it again, but don't let that put you off! Here are some of my tips and tricks to achieving this look...

FIRSTLY - make sure that you don't have too much liquid / gel on your brush or applicator when applying because this can make the line too thick and you will end up getting very annoyed... (see above)
SECONDLY - if you find it hard applying with your hand hovering in the air then I suggest finding something to lean on because this can help so much with the application.
THIRDLY - when you start to apply, apply a thin line along the bottom of your lashes before then extending the line to the length you want.
FOURTHLY (is that even a number word??) - make sure that you are happy with the length of your line before you then start to thicken it out.
FIFTHLY (again this can't be a number? oh well, I'll stick to this theme anyway...) - I sometimes find it easier to draw another line to the base of my lashes from the extended line which makes a triangle and then I fill it in to make it thicker!
FINALLY - once your liner is dry and you are satisfied with the look either apply mascara or if you want to dress up the look even more then apply your favourite lashes, making sure that the length is the same length as your eye

Basically, be calm and have patience with this look... It can be quite challenging and this is coming from the girl who really struggled with this look for so many years. It takes time and practice and even I still get it wrong!

I hope you enjoy the look and leave me some comments so I can see what looks you would like me to try next!

Until next time,
